Cumbre del Sol

The Cumbre del Sol is a residential resort that feels privileged, elevated and panoramic like an eagles nest, occasionnaly destined for holiday accommodation in all tranquillity, a natural enclave with stunning views of the Costa Blanca and the Mediterranean Sea. On clear days you can even see the wonderful Balearic islands of Ibiza and Formentera.
The Cumbre is situated on the most eastern tip of the Costa Blanca region and the province of Alicante, on a cape on the map of Spain that seems to point to the islands. It rises and almost crosses the sea, thus enjoying the same calming breeze called the Llebeig, which grants this area such a comfortable climate, not too hot in the summer, and not to cold in the winter.

The residents and holiday guests are the first to embrace the sun rising every morning over the Mediterranean Sea, to enjoy the warmth of the sun until sunset.

From its unique top of the world situation at the highest elevations of the town of Benitachell, the Cumbre del Sol enjoys panoramic views of the waters and the protected natural areas, beaches and coves that circle around this magic mountain from Javea to Moraira.

One of the places that really stands out is the Cala Moraig, at walking distance from the Apartamento Cala Moraig.

The Cumbre del Sol combines wonderful holiday homes, apartments and villas, both residential and rental accommodation, restaurants, sport and other leisure amenities, and full, year-round services to those who enjoy this privileged area as their home, either permanently or as their destination for their holiday in Spain.
